Loki
Season Two
TV · 2023 · Phase Five
Flung through time after Sylvie kills He Who Remains, Loki returns to a Time Variance Authority in chaos and races to save Mobius, Hunter B-15, and the rest of the TVA from being erased. With the help of new TVA scientist Ouroboros ("OB"), Loki and Mobius investigate the Temporal Loom, the machine sustaining the newly branching multiverse, as it strains toward catastrophic failure. Sylvie, now living in a branched 1980s McDonald's, is drawn back into the fight as Renslayer and Miss Minutes pursue their own agendas and TVA hunters close in on a Kang variant named Victor Timely. As the Loom nears collapse, Loki is repeatedly thrown back through time trying to prevent disaster, ultimately choosing to tear himself apart across every branch to hold the multiverse together by hand. In the finale, Loki destroys the Loom, ends the TVA's temporal pruning, and takes his seat on a throne at the End of Time, becoming a living lattice binding every timeline — the God of Stories, and the multiverse's new keeper.
