Marvel Cinematic Universe · WandaVision: Season One
On a Very Special Episode... — S01E05
TV · 2021 · 41 minutes · Phase Four
In an 1980s-sitcom pastiche, Wanda and Vision struggle to keep pace with their twins Billy and Tommy, who inexplicably age from infants to ten-year-olds within days. Outside the illusion, S.W.O.R.D. director Tyler Hayward brands Wanda a terrorist in a closed-door staff briefing and orders a drone armed with a missile into the anomaly to kill her, while Vision, increasingly suspicious of the town's unreality, realizes he cannot remember his life before Westview and confronts Wanda directly. After the family dog Sparky dies and Wanda's staged grief-counseling breaks down, the episode ends with the stunning arrival of Wanda's supposedly dead brother Pietro at the front door.
