In a Malcolm in the Middle-style late-90s/early-2000s pastiche, Wanda wants the twins' first Halloween to be perfect while Vision opts to join the neighborhood watch instead of trick-or-treating with "Pietro," who reveals he knows Wanda is controlling Westview. Wandering past the Hex boundary, Vision learns from Agnes that he is actually dead and that Wanda is holding the town's residents captive. Outside the Hex, Monica Rambeau and allies discover Director Hayward has been secretly harvesting Vision's body and tracking his vibranium signature, and try to stop him from attacking Wanda. When Vision nears the Hex's edge and starts to disintegrate, Billy senses his peril and Wanda expands the barrier to save him, unintentionally transforming Lewis and S.W.O.R.D. agents into circus performers.
