An animated anthology series in which The Watcher guides viewers through the Multiverse, exploring pivotal MCU moments that unfold differently than in the mainline continuity. Each episode follows a single "what if" divergence — Peggy Carter taking the Super Soldier Serum, T'Challa becoming Star-Lord, a zombie outbreak sweeping the Avengers — with no two episodes sharing the same timeline. Season one's episodes ultimately converge in a two-part finale where the Watcher recruits alternate heroes to stop an empowered Ultron; later seasons continue the anthology format with new one-off divergences and returning threads.
