Set during the Christmas season over a decade after the Battle of New York, in the year following Clint Barton's time as the vigilante Ronin, retired Avenger Clint Barton is drawn back into action when young archer and superfan Kate Bishop accidentally puts herself in the crosshairs of a criminal organization connected to his past. Together they must untangle a conspiracy involving the Tracksuit Mafia, a mysterious new Ronin impostor, and Clint's own history as he tries to get home to his family in time for Christmas. The season also brings Yelena Belova, now hunting Clint under the belief he killed her sister Natasha, into direct confrontation with him.
