Marvel Cinematic Universe · Agatha All Along: Season One
If I Can't Reach You / Let My Song Teach You — S01E04
TV · 2024 · 44 minutes · Phase Five
The Witches' Road leads the coven to a house tied to the late Lorna Wu, Alice Wu-Gulliver's mother and a renowned witch musician, revealing a generational curse haunting Alice's family. Playing one of Lorna's records backward unleashes the curse as a winged demon that sets the house ablaze, forcing the coven into the trial proper. They discover Lorna's own rendition of "The Ballad of the Witches' Road" functions as a protective spell, and by singing it together they conjure and destroy the demon, with Teen injured in the struggle before Jennifer Kale heals him. With Sharon Davis's death having left the coven without a Green Witch, Rio Vidal — Agatha's ex-lover first glimpsed in the series premiere — is summoned and rises to formally fill that role, deepening her charged rapport with Agatha, while more is hinted at regarding the strange sigil branded on Teen.
