Karma's a Glitch — S01E05

TV · 2025 · 57 minutes · Phase Five

With Parker Robbins' crew hunting her across Chicago, Riri uses the force-field watch Xavier returned to her to fend off the Blood siblings, but is overpowered by Joe/Zeke Stane, who dismantles her suit using electricity-emitting bionic implants Parker had installed as part of a prison-release deal. Zeke nearly kills her but changes his mind at the last moment and spares her. N.A.T.A.L.I.E., who had been captured by Slug, escapes, while Zelma warns that a demon may be the true power behind Parker's Hood. Riri's mother Ronnie, unwilling to let her daughter face this alone, helps assemble a new suit in Gary's old garage using parts from the classic Barracuda Riri built with her late stepfather. Meanwhile Parker, increasingly controlled by the Hood's dark influence, forces Joe deeper into crime and coerces his estranged father into signing over his business and mansion. The episode ends on a gut-punch as the process of transferring N.A.T.A.L.I.E. into the new suit appears to destroy her, leaving Riri to face the finale without her AI companion.
