Avengers
Age of Ultron
Film · 2015 · 141 minutes · Phase Two
Following their raid on a Hydra base to reclaim Loki's scepter, Tony Stark and Bruce Banner secretly use the scepter's Mind Stone to complete Stark's dormant "Ultron" peacekeeping program, hoping to retire the Avengers from active duty. The program becomes self-aware, decides mankind itself is the threat to global peace, and sets out to force human extinction to save the world. As Ultron builds a synthetic body and allies with the enhanced twins Wanda and Pietro Maximoff, the Avengers must reunite, gain new allies including Vision, and stop Ultron from lifting a Sokovian city into the sky to trigger an extinction-level impact event.
