Wonder Man

Season One

TV · 2026 · Phase Six

Simon Williams, an actor with unexplained ionic powers, chases a lead role in a Wonder Man remake while hiding what he can do from Hollywood and from the Department of Damage Control. Trevor Slattery befriends and mentors him, though he has agreed to spy on Simon for the DODC in exchange for staying out of prison. A doorman-turned-actor's cautionary history, a boy's phone video of Simon using his powers and a family birthday gone wrong all raise the pressure on Simon's secret. After both men are cast, filming begins, a journalist closes in, and Simon's powers destroy the set. Trevor claims responsibility as the Mandarin and is imprisoned; Simon infiltrates the DODC facility, frees him, and the two escape.
