Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings

Film · 2021 · 132 minutes · Phase Four

Shaun, a San Francisco parking valet, is forced to confront the past he thought he left behind when agents of the Ten Rings organization attack him on a bus, revealing he is actually Shang-Chi, trained assassin son of the immortal warlord Xu Wenwu. Shang-Chi and his estranged sister Xialing travel to their father's compound and then to the hidden village of Ta Lo, where Wenwu, driven by grief and manipulated by a malevolent force sealed behind Ta Lo's gate, threatens to unleash an ancient soul-eating entity. Shang-Chi must master his own power and the legacy of the Ten Rings to stop his father and save Ta Lo. A mid-credits scene shows Wong, Bruce Banner, and Captain Marvel examining the rings' mysterious signal, and a post-credits scene has Xialing beginning to reshape the Ten Rings organization.
