In the season finale, Eleanor Bishop is arrested for Armand Duquesne III's murder as Kate's investigation closes in, while Kingpin escapes custody. At the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree, Yelena Belova confronts Clint directly, demanding the truth about Natasha's death; they fight before reconciling once Clint reminds her of his friendship with Natasha and her sacrifice. The night erupts into a multi-front battle involving Kate, Clint, Yelena, the Tracksuit Mafia, and Kingpin's men, during which Maya Lopez kills Kazi for lying about her father's death and then shoots Kingpin. In the coda, Clint returns Laura's watch, destroys the Ronin suit, and reunites with his family for Christmas.
